Home School and Catholic School curriculum registration This section is for current homeschool families that have completed a declaration of Intent to home school in the state of Georgia, as well as students enrolled in Catholic schools.  This information is needed is for record keeping purposes especially for Sacramental preparation requirements and for communication purposes This is not for families that attend Faith Formation classes at St. Monica or those that are doing the St. Monica Home Study Program.

Please register!  We ask that even if you are not taking Faith Formation classes at Saint Monica that you please register as a Home School or Catholic school family.
